Life Coaching is partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential. Life Coaching is different than psychotherapy as it does not involve the individual receiving mental health support around a diagnosis. Life Coaching does not substitute for psychotherapy.
